Narendra Barhate, CEO & MD

Narendra Barhate is the co-founder of SEED Infotech. He is the Managing Director and CEO of the company. He spearheads business development and expansion initiatives of SEED Infotech. A complete techie, he has been instrumental in the keen selection of technologies to be added to the company's portfolio. Moving towards his pursuit to build the 'Nalanda' of modern IT training, he has endeavored to add BFSI, Engineering Services and Healthcare Management practices at SEED Infotech.

In his career spanning over 25 years in the IT industry, he has conducted more than 15,000 hours of high-end technology training for students and corporate clients. Developing his team into a world-class team of technical and non-technical team is his passion, and over the years he has pursued it by conducting several mentoring sessions for the employees on Management, Team Building and Leadership.

An avid reader with spiritual bend, he exudes superior people management and analytical skills. His natural charisma and the honesty in his approach have today made him a noted figure in the IT circles of Pune and Maharashtra. He has won several awards instituted by several social and industrial bodies, for his entrepreneurial ventures.

He is an alumnus of two of the most renowned educations institutions of India namely - College of Engineering Pune (COEP), and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai. Prior to establishing SEED Infotech, he has worked as a researcher at the DRDO.

His obsession for uncompromised customer satisfaction and quality of services has today made his company the partner of first choice.

Shrikant Rasane, Co-Founder & Director

Shrikant Rasane is the co-founder and Executive Director of SEED Infotech. He has a strong passion for technology and has played a key role in developing the technical strength of SEED Infotech in terms of latest software, hardware, network infrastructure and instructional system design techniques for improved training effectiveness. He is the strategic brain behind the company's technology, business and people ventures.

In his leadership the company has garnered the partner status of few of the high rung technology principals like Microsoft, Oracle, and Redhat etc. He holds mastery over the art of rapport building and has extraordinary articulation skills, which are evident in the long term relationships that SEED Infotech enjoys with a number of national and international IT companies.

He specializes in IT Infrastructure, Database & Web Technologies, has conducted more than 12,000 hours of training for students, professionals and corporates in the topics based on Oracle, Microsoft, Internet and Data-warehousing technologies and tools. Shrikant has more than 22 years of extensive experience that span across areas like technology training, business planing and management, strategic business planning and investments, IT infrastructure management and software development.

A regular in the IT circles of Pune, he believes in developing individuals by giving freedom of thought, opportunity to work independently and in suitably appreciating the results thus accrued.

He has done his graduation in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Univeristy of Pune, and has masters of Technology in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai. He worked with DRDO as a researcher before co-founding SEED Infotech with his DRDO colleague.

A critical thinker, he has the rare ability to very quickly assimilate and present both sides of a coin, with extreme finesse.

Bharati Barhate, Executive Director

Bharati Barhate is the Executive Director of SEED Infotech. She leads the company's visual creativity, customer support and CSR initiatives. Suave and soft-spoken, her interpersonal relationship skills have been an anchor for the company to win credibility.

She has a Masters in Environmental Science, has completed formal qualification in Education and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

In her over 10 years of professional practice in the field of education she has worked on various educational initiatives and has conducted television programs for Doordarshan, a Government of India run national channel.

An empathetic listener, she is seen as the source of guidance and right advice.

Rajesh Vartak, CTO & Executive Director

Rajesh Vartak is the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director at SEED Infotech. A hard core technology enthusiast, he ably handles the building trainers' delivery capability and technology upgradation challenges of the company.

Sitting in the CTO's seat of a fast growing IT intensive training organization his major focus area is to upgrade trainers on niche technologies and develop their skills on the Instructional System Design formats. He develops the trainers, by coaching them on training delivery and modulation techniques to tune in to the varying audience of students, professionals and experts.

He has over 15 years of experience IT Industry that includes portal development, business process management and middleware like MQ Series and TIBCO. His areas of expertise include J2EE architecture, web services and performance testing.

He is a career guidance expert and has striven to always keep himself within the reach of students. He is the brain and voice behind the mega hit 'IT TIPS BY SEED INFOTECH' for career guidance. People have always thronged at his seminars and lecture sessions.

He is a graduate in Computer Science from the University of Pune and holds Master's degree in eBusiness from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani.

He is the backbone of the company's ambitious technology ventures and startups.
